Lynn's Firehouse Chili Recipe
- 3 lbs. grnd beef
- 2 lg. onions
- 2 c. sliced celery
- 1 can tomato sauce
- 1 can Mexican stewed tomatoes
- 1 can tomato paste
- 1 c. La Victoria's salsa jalapeno
- 6 cloves garlic, crushed
- 2 cans kidney beans, liquid removed
- 2 cans pinto beans
- 1 teaspoon white pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon chili pepper
- Brown beef and onion.
- Add in all the other ingredients.
- Simmer and enjoy.
