Tuscan Steak

  1. Coat the steak on both sides with equal parts of the oil, lime juice, and seasoning.
  2. Wrap in plastic and let sit in the fridge over night.
  3. Heat your out door grill to high heat and oil the grates.
  4. Let the steak sit on the counter while the grill comes up to temperature.
  5. Place the steak on the grill for 4 minutes.
  6. (Don't move it around).
  7. Flip the steak over for 4 more minutes.
  8. Remove from the grill and let it sit aside for 5 minutes and serve immediatly.
