Johnny's Honey Lemon Chicken
- 2 chicken breasts
- 1-1/2 cup flour
- 2 to 3 tbsp. lemon pepper
- 1 tbsp. pepper
- 1/2 tbsp. cayenne pepper
- 1 to 2 cup honey
- 1 tsp. teriyaki sauce
- 1/2 to 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 slice lemon
- Combine flour, lemon pepper, pepper and cayenne pepper.
- Coat the chicken breasts in it.
- Fry in saute pan with butter until both sides are golden brown.
- While frying, mix all other ingredients together.
- Squeeze the juice out of the lemon.
- Place chicken breasts in baking pan and pour honey mix over, bake for approximately 2 to 5 minutes at 350F, or until chicken is ready.
- Serve by pouring remaining honey mix over the chicken.
