Hearty Fish Chowder Recipe

  1. Cook first 5 ingredients in large saucepan till thick, stirring constantly.
  2. Add in fish and cheese and let simmer till cooked.
  3. Sprinkle with parsley before serving.
  4. Makes 6-8 small servings.
  5. Easy to double the recipe.
  6. OPTIONAL: Add in peas or possibly mixed vegetables to chowder for "color."
