Chicken Salad Wontons

  1. Place wonton skins in mini muffin pan.
  2. Spray with oil and bake.
  3. Marinate chicken in rice vinegar, sesame seed oil, salt, and pepper for at least 1 hour.
  4. Drain, roast, cool and dice.
  5. Thinly slice the scallion.
  6. Mix with cilantro and toasted sesame seeds.
  7. Combine rice vinegar with lime juice, sesame oil, sambal oelek, honey, and a pinch of 5-spice.
  8. Combine sauce with chicken and scallions.
  9. Garnish with cilantro and sesame seeds.
