Turkey Oriental Soup Recipe

  1. Combine rice and broth, bring to a boil and cook 10 min.
  2. Add in turkey, celery and carrots.
  3. Simmer for 5 min.
  4. Stir in the mixed vegetables and green onions.
  5. Blend soy sauce and bouillon with cornstarch; add in to broth.
  6. Simmer till soup is clear and slightly thickened; stirring occasionally.
  7. Makes 6 servings.
