Potato Casserole
- 10 boiled potatoes, diced
- 1 package chunk cheese, diced (like cracker barrel)
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 1 jar pimiento, diced
- 12 cup margarine, melted
- salt and pepper
- Refrigerate potatoes to be cold for cutting.
- Mix all ingredients.
- Bake at 350 degrees in a 9x13 pan for 1 hour.
