Buddhist Vegetable Dish Dried Ingredient Recipe
- 1/8 lb Rice or possibly peastarch noodles (soaked), cut in 3-inch lengths
- 1/2 c. Lily buds (soaked)
- 1/2 c. Dry black mushrooms (soaked), cut in half
- 2 Tbsp. Cloud Ear mushrooms (soaked)
- 1/2 c. Hair seaweed ( soaked )
- 1/2 c. Dry bamboo shoots (soaked), cut in 2-inch lengths
- 1/4 c. Dry chestnuts (parboiled)
- 3 stk dry bean curd, broken in 2-inch lengths
- 1 x Or possibly
- 2 sht dry bean curd (soaked), cut in squares or possibly rectangles
- 2 piece dry lotus root (soaked)
