Lavender Sparkling Wine

  1. Pour the syrup into a champagne glass.
  2. Add the sparkling wine.
  3. Serve.
  4. 2 cups water
  5. 1 cup sugar
  6. 1 tablespoon dried lavender buds
  7. Place the water, sugar, and lavender in a saucepan and bring to a boil.
  8. Reduce heat, and simmer, partially covered, for 15 minutes.
  9. Strain and cool.
  10. Cover and refrigerate for up to a week.
  11. Yield: 2 cups
