Speedy and Delicious Hearty Pork Offcuts and Bean Sprout Stir-Fry
- 2 tbsp Vegetable oil (for frying)
- 160 grams Pork offcuts
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Cooking sake
- 1 dash Ginger (grated)
- 1 dash Garlic (grated)
- 2 tbsp Katakuriko
- 1 bunch Chinese chives, chopped into 3cm lengths
- 1 bag Bean sprouts
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Oyster sauce
- 1/2 tbsp Cooking sake
- 1/2 tbsp White sugar
- Place the pork and seasonings together in a plastic bag.
- Work the marinade into the meat.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a pan, add the meat and spread it evenly (over medium heat).
- Saute both sides while breaking the meat into smaller pieces until browned.
- Turn off the heat and remove from the pan.
- Add the chives and bean sprouts and stir-fry over high heat.
- Add the marinade from Step 1, return the meat to the pan, saute and serve.
