Crispy Chocolate Log

  1. Line a 15x10 pan with waxed paper.
  2. Grease the paper and set aside.
  3. In large saucepan, melt marshmallows, butter and peanut butter.
  4. Stir in cereal until well-coated.
  5. Spreae into prepared pan.
  6. Melt chocolate and butterscotch chips together, spread over cereal mixture to within 1" of edges.
  7. Roll up jelly-roll style, starting with a short end, peeling waxed paper away while rolling.
  8. Place seam side down on a serving plate.
  9. Refrigerate for 1 hour or til set.
  10. Cut into 1" slices.
