Roasted Asparagus & Peppers with Feta
- 1 lb. (450 g) fresh asparagus spears, trimmed
- 1 red pepper, chopped
- 1/4 cup Kraft Calorie-Wise Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing
- 2 Tbsp. Cracker Barrel Crumbled Feta Cheese with Oregano, Sun Dried Tomatoes and Black Pepper
- Heat oven to 400 degrees F.
- Arrange asparagus in row on foil-covered baking sheet.
- Sprinkle peppers onto bottom ends of spears.
- Bake 20 min.
- or until vegetables are crisp-tender.
- Top with dressing and cheese.
