Cheese Salsa Muffins

  1. Sift dry ingredients into a bowl.
  2. Combine liquid ingredients and creamed corn; mix into dry ingredients until smooth.
  3. Add remaining ingredients; mix until just combine.
  4. Spoon mixture into 12 lightly greased 3/4 cup muffin pans.
  5. Bake in oven at 200C for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
