Smoked sausage with collard greens

• 1 1/2 lb smoked sausage
• 1/4 cup Chinese black vinegar
• 2 lb collard greens
• 1/2 cup dehydrated onions
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 tsp Adolphs tenderizer
• 1 tsp granulated garlic powder
• 1 quart water

1. Put all the ingredients into a pot with a lid and bring to a boil.
2. Boil till the collards are tender serve hope you enjoy.
3. Its real good with hot vinegar sauce.
