Strawberry Angel Cookies

• 16 ounces angel food cake mix
• 34 cup strawberry preserves (sugar free if desired)
• 4 tablespoons mini chocolate chips

1. Preheat oven to 325.
2. Using a mixer, beat the angel food cake mix and the preserves.
3. Batter will be dry.
4. If needed, add a bit more preserves to add some moisture.
5. Add chocolate chips.
6. Place 2 inches apart on GREASED cookie sheets (or use parchment paper, or both).
7. Bake 10-12 minutes.
8. Let stand 1 minute before removing from tray.
