Mojito Lime grilled Salmon & Strawberry Pineapple Pico`

  1. chop all ingredients for pico de gallo taste for seasoning set aside.
  2. make your mojito seasoning, adding all ingredients mix well.
  3. coat both sides of salmon well..I reserve a little for garnish if desired.
  4. heat stove top grill on med high heat spray generously with cooking spray
  5. grill salmon about 4-5minutes per side.
  6. now plate as desired!
  7. enjoy..
