Chocolate Cream Biscuit Cake
- 15 Biscuits
- 2 bars Milk chocolate
- 200 ml Heavy cream
- 1 Milk
- 1 Cocoa powder
- 1 Powdered Sugar
- Break the chocolate into small pieces and melt over a hot water bath.
- In a bowl, beat the cream using a hand mixer.
- Pour in the melted chocolate.
- Quickly mix together with a whisk to finish making the chocolate cream.
- Wrap a plate in plastic wrap.
- Pour some of the cream on the wrap, then arrange the milk-soaked biscuits in a log with about 1cm thick of cream between each biscuit.
- Cover the entire cake in the cream.
- Smooth the surface.
- Put the cocoa powder in a tea strainer and dust the surface of the cake.
- Wrap with plastic wrap and let chill overnight.
- Dust with powdered sugar and serve.
- When you serve it, make diagonal cuts.
- (This way, you will get lines of biscuits)
- This is decorated to make a Christmas cake.
