Chocolate Cream Biscuit Cake

  1. Break the chocolate into small pieces and melt over a hot water bath.
  2. In a bowl, beat the cream using a hand mixer.
  3. Pour in the melted chocolate.
  4. Quickly mix together with a whisk to finish making the chocolate cream.
  5. Wrap a plate in plastic wrap.
  6. Pour some of the cream on the wrap, then arrange the milk-soaked biscuits in a log with about 1cm thick of cream between each biscuit.
  7. Cover the entire cake in the cream.
  8. Smooth the surface.
  9. Put the cocoa powder in a tea strainer and dust the surface of the cake.
  10. Wrap with plastic wrap and let chill overnight.
  11. Dust with powdered sugar and serve.
  12. When you serve it, make diagonal cuts.
  13. (This way, you will get lines of biscuits)
  14. This is decorated to make a Christmas cake.
