Scoopies

  1. Scoop the insides of the bagel out - I use a steak knife to sort of slice about 1/4 inch from the edge, then use a spoon and my fingers to pull the bread out.
  2. Toast the hollowed out bagel.
  3. Fill with your choice of salad.
