Angel Molasses Cake

  1. Cream shortening, add sugar gradually.
  2. beat thoroughly.
  3. Blend in molasses, beaten eggs, and milk.
  4. Carefully mix in sifted flour, baking soda ginger and salt.
  5. Bake in a 8-inch square pan, at 350F for 35 to 45 minutes.
  6. Finish with your favorite frosting!
