Holiday Cheese Tarts

  1. In medium mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy.
  2. Gradually beat in Eagle Brand untl smooth.
  3. Stir in lemon juice and vanilla.
  4. Spoon into crusts.
  5. Chil 2 hours or until set.
  6. Just before serving, top with fruit, brush with jelly, if desired.
  7. Refrigerate leftovers.
