Holiday Cheese Tarts
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 (14 ounce) caneagle brand sweetened condensed milk
- 13 cup lemon juice concentrate
- 1 teaspoon vanilla, extact
- 2 (4 ounce) packagessingle serve graham cracker crumb tart shells
- mixed fruit (strawberries, blueberries, bananas, raspberries, orange segments, cherries, kiwi fruit, grapes, pine)
- 14 cup apple jelly, melted (optional)
- In medium mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy.
- Gradually beat in Eagle Brand untl smooth.
- Stir in lemon juice and vanilla.
- Spoon into crusts.
- Chil 2 hours or until set.
- Just before serving, top with fruit, brush with jelly, if desired.
- Refrigerate leftovers.
