Caesar Salad Dressing

• 2 tablespoons fat free Greek yogurt
• 12 shredded garlic clove
• 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
• 1 teaspoon malt vinegar
• salt & pepper

1. Whisk ingredients together.
2. Pour on 1 head of chopped romaine lettuce.
