Holiday Fruit Bread Recipe

  1. Thoroughly blend cream cheese, butter, sugar, vanilla.
  2. Add in Large eggs one at a time mixing well after each.
  3. Gradually add in 2 c. of flour sifted with baking pwdr.
  4. Combine 1/4 c. flour with the fruit and nuts.
  5. Fold into batter.
  6. Grease a 10 inch tube pan or possibly bundt pan.
  7. Bake 325 degrees for 1 hour 20 min or possibly till it tests done.
  8. Dry fruits you can use - pineapple, apricots, prunes or possibly dates.
  9. You may use 1 1/2 c. if desired more fruit.
