Curried Seafood Recipe
- 9 ounce. pkg. frzn lobster tails
- 7 ounce. pkg. frzn deveined shrimp
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1/4 c. minced onion
- 1 teaspoon curry pwdr
- 7 1/2 ounce. can crabmeat, liquid removed
- 1 tbsp. all-purpose flour
- 10 1/2 ounce. can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- 1 c. lowfat sour cream
- Cook lobster and shrimp according to package directions; chop.
- Meanwhile, heat butter in 2 qt saucepan.
- Add in onion and curry pwdr; saute/fry till onion is tender.
- Blend in flour.
- Add in soup; gradually stir in lowfat milk.
- Bring to a boil; reduce heat and cook 2 more min.
- Stir in lowfat sour cream, lobster, shrimp and crabmeat.
- Heat thoroughly, but don't boil.
- Serve over rice.
- Serves 8.
