Curried Seafood Recipe

  1. Cook lobster and shrimp according to package directions; chop.
  2. Meanwhile, heat butter in 2 qt saucepan.
  3. Add in onion and curry pwdr; saute/fry till onion is tender.
  4. Blend in flour.
  5. Add in soup; gradually stir in lowfat milk.
  6. Bring to a boil; reduce heat and cook 2 more min.
  7. Stir in lowfat sour cream, lobster, shrimp and crabmeat.
  8. Heat thoroughly, but don't boil.
  9. Serve over rice.
  10. Serves 8.
