Breakfast Skillet
- 1 hash browns 1 cup
- 1/2 cup chopped ham
- 1 diced green and red peppers
- 1 one small onion chopped
- 1 cooking spray or two tablespoons bacon drippings
- 1 three eggs
- 1 one half can diced tomatoes
- 1 salt and pepprr to taste
- in a large skillet spray cooking spray or add bacon grease over a medium flame add potatoes , onions, and peppers and ham cook for about 15 min until potatoes are tender
- lower flame slightly.
- and crack eggs over skillet if sunny side up cover skillet.
- about 5-7 minute s until eggs set garnish with tomatoes and serve immediately
