Chilly Cherry-Pomegranate Pie
- 1-1/4 cups Oreo Baking Crumbs
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1/2 cup boiling water
- 1 pkg. (85 g) Jell-O Cherry Jelly Powder
- 1 cup pomegranate juice
- 1-1/2 cups thawed Cool Whip Whipped Topping, divided
- 4 Oreo Cookies, cut in half
- Mix baking crumbs and butter in 9-inch pie plate; press onto bottom and up side of pie plate.
- Add boiling water to jelly powder; stir 2 min.
- until completely dissolved.
- Stir in pomegranate juice.
- Refrigerate 30 min.
- or until slightly thickened.
- Whisk in 1 cup Cool Whip until well blended.
- Pour into crust.
- (Filling will come near top of crust.)
- Carefully place in freezer.
- Freeze 4 hours or until firm.
- Top with remaining Cool Whip and cookies just before serving.
