Chilly Cherry-Pomegranate Pie

  1. Mix baking crumbs and butter in 9-inch pie plate; press onto bottom and up side of pie plate.
  2. Add boiling water to jelly powder; stir 2 min.
  3. until completely dissolved.
  4. Stir in pomegranate juice.
  5. Refrigerate 30 min.
  6. or until slightly thickened.
  7. Whisk in 1 cup Cool Whip until well blended.
  8. Pour into crust.
  9. (Filling will come near top of crust.)
  10. Carefully place in freezer.
  11. Freeze 4 hours or until firm.
  12. Top with remaining Cool Whip and cookies just before serving.
