Brandied Cranberry Toddies

  1. Mix in heavy saucepan the juice, brown sugar, ginger root, and cinnamon stick.
  2. Bring to a simmer and cover pan.
  3. Simmer gently, stirring occasionally for about 15 minutes.
  4. Strain into a heatproof pitcher.
  5. Stir in the brandy.
