Broiled Catfish Hawaiian Recipe

  1. Skin fillets and cut into serving size portions.
  2. Place fish in a single layer in a shallow baking dish.
  3. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over fish.
  4. Let stand for 30 min, turning once.
  5. Remove fish, reserving sauce for basting.
  6. Place fish on a well greased broiler pan.
  7. Broil about 4" from source of heat for 4 to 6 min.
  8. Turn carefully and brush with sauce.
  9. Broil 4 to 6 min longer or possibly till fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
