Kidney Bean Salad
- 1 (16 ounce) can kidney beans, rinsed and drained
- 2 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
- 12 cup sliced celery
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 14 cup mayonnaise
- 14 cup dill pickle relish
- 12 teaspoon pepper
- 14 teaspoon salt
- lettuce leaf (optional)
- in a bowl combine all of the ingredients.
- stir until coated.
- refrigerate until ready to serve.
- serve in a lettuce-lined bowl, if desired.
