Beef Goulash Recipe

  1. Heat butter in heavy pan add in meat and onion.
  2. Sprinkle meat with garlic pwdr and paprika, brown meat.
  3. After meat is browned add in the 2 cans of tomato sauce, add in 2 packets of beef bouillon to each can and add in boiling water to dissolve add in to goulash plus 2 more cans of water.
  4. Add in Worcestershire sauce, cover and cook on low flame 2 hrs.
  5. After 2 hrs when meat is tender add in can of peas and 1 can carrots, thicken with flour and water.
  6. Serve over wide noodles.
  7. Good with rye bread and butter.
  8. Venison may be used instead of stew meat.
