Chocolate Chunk Turtle Bread Pudding

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Toss bread cubes with 1 cup of the chocolate chunks in greased 9-inch square baking pan.
  3. Beat eggs in large bowl with wire whisk until foamy.
  4. Add milk, caramel-flavored topping and melted butter; beat until well blended.
  5. Pour evenly over bread mixture in pan.
  6. Bake 20 min.
  7. Meanwhile, mix flour, sugar and softened butter in medium bowl until crumbly.
  8. Add pecans and remaining 1/2 cup chocolate chunks.
  9. Sprinkle over pudding.
  10. Bake an additional 25 min.
  11. or until center is set.
  12. Cool slightly.
