Coleslaw

  1. In a food processor--'chop' cabbage, carrots, peppers and onion.
  2. Chop them separately, NOT together.
  3. Once chopped mix together.
  4. Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
  5. Best made a day in advance of serving for flavors can meld together and juice to form.
