Buttered Snow Peas

  1. Trim off string side of each snow pea.
  2. Bring enough water to boil to cover peas.
  3. Add salt to taste.
  4. Add snow peas and let simmer about 30 seconds or until crisp tender.
  5. Do not overcook.
  6. Drain.
  7. Heat butter in skillet and add peas.
  8. Toss briefly and serve.
