Donuts (from bisquits)
- 1 can Pillsbury grands, or any bisquits you like
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- Heat oil in pan, or fryer if you have one, to 375AF or when you dip a wooden handle in oil, it bubbles
- Mix sugar and cinnamon
- Use a small cookie cutter, bottle cap, or a very sharp knife to make holes in the center of the bisquits
- Drop no more than 4 donuts at a time so they don't stick together
- Flip the donuts when they are golden brown on bottom, about a minute or two, and do the same with the top side
- Drain grease on paper towels and dip donuts in cinnamon sugar mixture
