Donuts (from bisquits)

  1. Heat oil in pan, or fryer if you have one, to 375AF or when you dip a wooden handle in oil, it bubbles
  2. Mix sugar and cinnamon
  3. Use a small cookie cutter, bottle cap, or a very sharp knife to make holes in the center of the bisquits
  4. Drop no more than 4 donuts at a time so they don't stick together
  5. Flip the donuts when they are golden brown on bottom, about a minute or two, and do the same with the top side
  6. Drain grease on paper towels and dip donuts in cinnamon sugar mixture
