Mustard-Glazed Snack Mix
- 4 cups Wheat Chex
- 1 cup unsalted whole wheat pretzels
- 12 cup unsalted peanuts
- 3 tablespoons yellow mustard
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons butter, cut into 4 pieces
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 18 teaspoon ground red pepper
- Preheat the oven to 325 degrees.
- Line a jelly-roll pan with foil and coat with cooking spray.
- Toss together the cereal, pretzels, and nuts in large bowl and set aside.
- Place the mustard, honey, butter, Worcestershire sauce, and red pepper in medium microwaveable bowl.
- Cover with waxed paper wna dmicrowave on high for 45-60 seconds.
- Stir until smooth.
- Drizzle about 1/2 of mustard mixture over cereal and soss, using a large spoon until evenly coated.
- Repeat with remaining mustard mixture.
- Spread the coated cereal mixture in a single layer on the prepared jelly-roll pann.
- Bake for 30-35 inutes, stiring halfway through, until evenly toasted.
- Set the pan on a rack to cool to room temperature Store in airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
