Grilled Hawaiian Quesadillas with Smoky Mayo

  1. Heat grill to medium-low heat.
  2. Mix mayo and peppers; spread onto tortillas.
  3. Top with ham and cheese; fold in half.
  4. Grill quesadillas and pineapple wedges 3 min.
  5. on each side or until quesadillas are golden brown on both sides and pineapple is heated through.
  6. Open quesadillas; fill with pineapple.
  7. Cut into wedges.
