Grilled Hawaiian Quesadillas with Smoky Mayo
- 1/4 cup KRAFT Real Mayo Mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp. chopped canned chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
- 4 flour tortillas (8 inch)
- 20 slices OSCAR MAYER Deli Fresh Honey Ham
- 1 cup KRAFT Shredded Mozzarella Cheese with a TOUCH OF PHILADELPHIA
- 12 thin fresh pineapple wedges, 1/4 inch thick
- Heat grill to medium-low heat.
- Mix mayo and peppers; spread onto tortillas.
- Top with ham and cheese; fold in half.
- Grill quesadillas and pineapple wedges 3 min.
- on each side or until quesadillas are golden brown on both sides and pineapple is heated through.
- Open quesadillas; fill with pineapple.
- Cut into wedges.
