Easy Potato Soup

  1. Chop all veggies.
  2. Put veggie in stock pot with just enough broth to cover the vegitables.
  3. Bring to boil and cook until potatoes are soft, about 25 minutes.
  4. Stir in Cream cheese.
  5. Salt and pepper to taste.
