East Indian Spare Ribs Recipe

  1. Place ribs in shallow pan, meaty side up.
  2. Roast at 450 degrees for 30 min.
  3. Combine remaining ingredients in a saucepan.
  4. Bring to a boil and simmer 1 to 2 min.
  5. Spoon over ribs.
  6. Continue to bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
