Bourbon Strip Steaks
- 4 New York strip steaks
- 1 12 cups Bourbon
- 1 cup brown sugar
- Gently tenderize steaks with a meat mallet.
- Score the meat on one side with a sharp knife.
- Place in dish or ziplock bag.
- Mix bourbon and brown sugar together and pour over steaks.
- Cover dish or seal bag and marinate in the refrigerator for 1 to 3 hours.
- Grill to desired doneness.
