Bourbon Strip Steaks

  1. Gently tenderize steaks with a meat mallet.
  2. Score the meat on one side with a sharp knife.
  3. Place in dish or ziplock bag.
  4. Mix bourbon and brown sugar together and pour over steaks.
  5. Cover dish or seal bag and marinate in the refrigerator for 1 to 3 hours.
  6. Grill to desired doneness.
