Vegetarian southern squash

  1. In a pan with caramelized onions add stick of margarine, and melt.
  2. Add squash stir well when tender add wine or grape juice.
  3. Add seasoned salt.
  4. Cook 7 minutes this allows alcohol to cook off.
  5. Mix water and cornstarch.
  6. Add to squash to tighten up the squash.
  7. Let sit.
  8. After 5 minutes, serve hope you enjoy
