Muffin Tin Lasagna 2

  1. pre-heat oven 375, grease 8 cups of muffin tin.
  2. saute ground beef with Italian seasoning, add mushrooms.
  3. push wonton wrapper into bottom of each tin.
  4. Spoon in half of : ricotta, meat mixture, sauce, mozz and parmesan.
  5. press another wonton wrapper on top and repeat the layering steps.
  6. bake 18-20 mins.
  7. cool 5 mins.
