Cheesy Black Beans & Chops

  1. Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat.
  2. Add chiles; cook 1 min.
  3. or until toasted.
  4. Remove from skillet.
  5. Add chops to skillet; cook 3 min.
  6. or until browned on both sides, turning after 1-1/2 min.
  7. Remove from heat.
  8. Blend chiles, tomatoes and onions in blender until smooth; spoon over chops.
  9. Drain 1 can beans; add to skillet with remaining can of undrained beans.
  10. Cover; cook on medium heat 15 min.
  11. or until chops are done (160 degrees F).
  12. Top with mozzarella; cook, covered, 5 min.
  13. or until melted.
  14. Sprinkle with cilantro.
  15. Add Singles to rice; stir until melted.
  16. Serve with chops and beans.
