Ultra-Rich Tofu Brownies with 1/3 the Calories!

  1. Mix the ingredients together well (Mash the tofu completely.)
  2. Add the ingredients while sifting them.
  3. Mix with a spatula until the batter is thick and sticky.
  4. Preheat the oven to 360F/180C.
  5. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes (check and adjust the time).
  6. If a bamboo skewer stuck in comes out clean, it's done!
  7. Note: I made it even healthier by using Lakanto artificial sweetener.
