Blueberry Soup Recipe

  1. Combine the first 5 ingredients in a saucepan.
  2. Bring to a boil.
  3. Reduce heat and simmer for 10 min.
  4. Remove lemon and cinnamon stick, and puree soup in blender till smooth and velvety.
  5. Cold, then refrigeratethoroughly in refrigerator at least 5 hrs.
  6. Just before serving, stir in half-and-half.
