Cherry & Pineapple Dumpcake
- 1 cup pecans
- 1 can Cherry Pie Filling
- 1 stick butter
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 1 can crushed Pineapple
- Lightly spray a bundt pan or pan of choice
- First layer the bottom with canned cherry pie filling
- Second layer can of crushed pineapple, juice and all
- Third sprinkle the cake mix on the two layers evenly
- Cut a stick of butter and place pats of butter around mix
- Sprinkle pecans
- Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 55 minutes.Oven may vary.
- You know it is done when the top is a nice golden brown.
- Serve warm with whipped cream or ice cream on the side.
