Kicked Up Chili
- 1/2 Medium Yellow Onion, Chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic, Minced
- 1 pound 80/20 Ground Chuck
- 1/2 teaspoons Salt
- 1/4 teaspoons Ground Black Pepper
- 1/2 Tablespoons Sriracha Hot Chili Sauce
- 2 Tablespoons Ketchup
- 1 Tablespoon Yellow Mustard
- 1 Tablespoon Brown Sugar BBQ Sauce
- 1/2 Tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Chili Powder
- 1.
- Combine onions, garlic, and ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Using a spatula, break the meat apart as it cooks.
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Allow the meat to brown and onions to soften, cooking for about 5 minutes.

- Add the remaining ingredients.
- Stir to combine.

- Cover and cook on medium-low for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Note: The longer you allow the chili to simmer, the better!
- If you have the time, turn it to low and let it cook for 1 hour.
- This will cause the chili to basically melt!
