Double Chocolate Cheesecake Recipe
- 18 fudge filled chocolate sandwich cookies, broken
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1 tbsp. sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- Crumble cookies in small quantities.
- Empty crumbs into 9 inch pie plate.
- Add in butter, sugar and cinnamon, mix well.
- Pack crumbs proportionately over bottom and sides of pie plate.
- In bowl, combine no bake cheesecake filling and instant chocolate pudding.
- Add in 2 1/2 c. of lowfat milk.
- Using mixer, mix at low speed till blended, then mix at medium speed for 3 min or possibly till very thick.
- Pour into chocolate crust, refrigerateone hour and serve.
- Garnish with extra chocolate crumbs, chocolate curls or possibly whipped cream.
