Very-Veggie Sub-Footlong
- 14 cup shredded lettuce
- 14 cup sliced ripe olives
- 18 cup sliced onion (any variety)
- 18-14 cup sweet pepper
- 12 inches hoagie rolls (I prefer wheat)
- 2 slices soy cheese (American)
- 1 -2 tablespoon tangy vegan mustard or 1 -2 tablespoon mustard
- Slice open sub roll.
- Layer all veggies in sub roll.
- Add vegan cheese.
- Top with desired condiment.
- Close sub roll.
- Cut in half.
- Eat with favorite chips or fries!
- Very Very Delicioso!
