Orange Teriyaki Salmon
- 1 Tablespoon Oil
- 2 whole Salmon Fillets, Skin On
- 1/4 cups Low Sodium Soy Sauce
- 18 cups Water
- 2 Tablespoons Light Brown Sugar
- 1 Tablespoon Rice Wine Vinegar
- 3 Tablespoons Fresh Squeezed Orange Juice
- 1 teaspoon Cornstarch
- 1 Tablespoon Water
- Green Onions And Sesame Seeds, For Garnish (optional)
- Heat oil in a large skillet.
- Add salmon fillets and cook 34 minutes on each side until desired doneness.
- (Dont forget to remove skin before serving.)
- Meanwhile, add soy sauce, water, brown sugar, vinegar and orange juice to a medium saucepan and bring to a simmer.
- Add cornstarch and water to a small bowl and whisk to combine.
- Slowly whisk cornstarch mixture into the sauce and simmer until thickened, 23 minutes.
- Serve immediately with orange teriyaki sauce drizzled on top.
- Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds, if desired.
