Orange Teriyaki Salmon

  1. Heat oil in a large skillet.
  2. Add salmon fillets and cook 34 minutes on each side until desired doneness.
  3. (Dont forget to remove skin before serving.)
  4. Meanwhile, add soy sauce, water, brown sugar, vinegar and orange juice to a medium saucepan and bring to a simmer.
  5. Add cornstarch and water to a small bowl and whisk to combine.
  6. Slowly whisk cornstarch mixture into the sauce and simmer until thickened, 23 minutes.
  7. Serve immediately with orange teriyaki sauce drizzled on top.
  8. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds, if desired.
