White Chocolate Green Tea Brownie
- 40 grams White chocolate
- 30 grams Butter
- 20 grams Sugar
- 1 Egg (Large)
- 20 ml Milk
- 20 grams White flour
- 5 grams Green tea (non-sweetened)
- 10 grams Skim milk (if you don't have, add 10 g granulated powder)
- Leave the butter and egg out at room temperature.
- Mince the chocolate.
- Combine the flour and matcha and set aside.
- Cover the pan with a baking sheet.
- Use a hand mixer to whip the softened butter into cream.
- Add the sugar and skim milk and mix well.
- In a separate bowl, melt the chocolate in a double boiler.
- Add milk and mix.
- Add Step 3 to 2.
- Add the beaten egg in 3 portions, mixing with a hand mixer each time.
- Once it becomes white and fluffy, sift in the dry ingredients from Step 1.
- Use a rubber spatula to mix until no longer powdery.
- Preheat your oven to 170C.
- Pour into the pan, rap the bottom of the pan on a surface to release air bubbles.
- Bake in the preheated oven at 170C for 30 minutes.
- Once it's baked, remove from the pan, peel off the paper, and cool on a rack.
- Once it has cooled, sprinkle whatever powdered ingredients you prefer.
