White Chocolate Green Tea Brownie

  1. Leave the butter and egg out at room temperature.
  2. Mince the chocolate.
  3. Combine the flour and matcha and set aside.
  4. Cover the pan with a baking sheet.
  5. Use a hand mixer to whip the softened butter into cream.
  6. Add the sugar and skim milk and mix well.
  7. In a separate bowl, melt the chocolate in a double boiler.
  8. Add milk and mix.
  9. Add Step 3 to 2.
  10. Add the beaten egg in 3 portions, mixing with a hand mixer each time.
  11. Once it becomes white and fluffy, sift in the dry ingredients from Step 1.
  12. Use a rubber spatula to mix until no longer powdery.
  13. Preheat your oven to 170C.
  14. Pour into the pan, rap the bottom of the pan on a surface to release air bubbles.
  15. Bake in the preheated oven at 170C for 30 minutes.
  16. Once it's baked, remove from the pan, peel off the paper, and cool on a rack.
  17. Once it has cooled, sprinkle whatever powdered ingredients you prefer.
