Penne With Squash

  1. Cook pasta according to directions; drain.
  2. Meanwhile, heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Saute squash and zucchini for 5 minutes until softened and pan contains some liquid.
  4. Stir in cherry tomatoes, cream, dill, salt and pepper.
  5. Cook 3 minutes.
  6. Remove from heat, and toss with cooked penne and goat cheese.
  7. Serve warm.
